1- Introduction

Welcome to the EzanShop.com terms and conditions, which apply to all items ordered from EzanShop.com. This website and its contents are owned and operated by Ezans Limited, which is based in London, UK.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they contain important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you. By accessing or using our website or by purchasing from us an item that was advertised on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with and be legally bound by these terms and conditions.

We may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes to the terms that apply to that order. Before placing an order, if you have any queries related to these terms and conditions, please contact us.


2- Applicable law

These general terms and conditions are subject to English law, which determines applicable law on a case-by-case basis. Should disputes arise, the buyer and seller must attempt to reach an amicable settlement. If such a settlement is not reached within three (3) months, the English courts alone are competent, even in the event of the introduction of third parties or plurality of defendants, urgent or preventive proceedings, summary proceedings, or proceedings by petition.


3- Terms and conditions of sale:

3.1- Full refund

If the item does not match the listing description, or if the item arrives damaged, the buyer will receive a replacement once the item has been returned. However, the buyer is responsible for paying the return postage costs.

In case the buyer does not want a replacement, he will be refunded the purchase price once the item has been returned. However, a refund can be issued only if the item does not match the listing description or if the buyer receives a faulty item.

3.2- Shop with confidence: The buyer is protected from checkout to delivery!

When they use PayPal to buy the items, our buyers are entitled to a full refund if the item arrives but is not as described: it is a “win-win” situation. Here are some benefits when purchasing from our website: a) Money-back guarantee: buyer is protected by PayPal, so the buyer will get back the full amount if the item is not as described; b) The buyer never shares his financial information with EzanShop.com; c) Secure payment: The buyer pays using the world’s most secure payment method.

3.3- Shipping & Delivery

The majority of the orders are usually delivered within one to two weeks. However, the exact delivery time depends on variables such as weight, quantity, destination, shipping method and product availability. The flat rate for standard delivery is £3 per order, but there is free shipping for bulk orders and for United States of America and UK buyers. For express deliveries (DHL, FedEx, and TNT), there are different shipping rates. At checkout, you will be asked to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Your total shipping charges will be based on the shipping method of choice and will be automatically computed during checkout before the completion of your order.

3.4- Returns & Exchanges

Return: If the item does not match the listing description, we will make sure that the buyer gets the item he ordered once the item has been returned. However, the buyer is responsible for paying the return postage costs. The return is accepted within 15 business days of the actual delivery date. The item must be returned in the original condition in which the buyer received it, along with the original packaging and all associated items and documentation, such as the box, operating manuals, etc. The time period (15 business days) commences from when the buyer receives the item (signature on delivery date) to when the item is received. If a buyer wants to return an item, he must contact us FIRST. We will tell him which address he must return the item to. We will not make the refund if the buyer does not send the item to the right address.

Exchanges: In case the buyer receives a faulty item, he will receive a replacement once the damaged item has been returned. However, we will only accept an item that was damaged before delivery. This means that we only replace items if they are defective or were damaged at the point of sale. If the item does not match the listing description, simply return the item in its original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase, to the address. Once the item is received and inspected, a replacement will be sent out within two to five business days.


4- Release of liability

The import restrictions of individual countries are applicable to all buyers. Therefore, they are responsible for ensuring that the item can be lawfully imported to the destination country before placing any orders. Also, the buyer is responsible for import clearance and any applicable local taxes or import duties. (For example: import VAT). The buyer is responsible for any taxes, fees, duties or other charges which may be imposed by your post office or other government agency in your country. Any such charges are NOT included in the purchase price or shipping charge. In addition, we operate a marketplace that is open for third parties to sell their products on our website. None of the products listed on EzanShop are owned or sold by us, nor are we involved in the actual sale transaction between the buyers and sellers. The parties agree that we would be held free from any liability in contract, pre-contract, or other representations in tort for all transactions conducted on our website.

You are solely responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your accounts, password, and any actions taken using your account and/or password.
