Refund and Exchanges

Exchanges:
In case the buyer receives a faulty item, he
will receive a replacement once the damaged item has been returned. However, we will only accept an item that was damaged before delivery. This means that we only replace items if they are defective or were damaged at the point of sale.

If the item does not match the listing description, simply return the item in its original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase, to the address. Once the item is received and inspected, a replacement will be sent out within two to five business days.

 

 

Full refund:

If the item does not match the listing description, or if the item arrives damaged, the buyer will receive a replacement once the item has been returned. However, the buyer is responsible for paying the return postage costs.

 

In case the buyer does not want a replacement, he will be refunded the purchase price once the item has been returned. However, a refund can be issued only if the item does not match the listing description or if the buyer receives a faulty item.
